I had ordered a sweater from shop boutique and when it arrived the intended receiver revealed that she had wanted a different design. I reached out to set up an exchange and the process was incredibly smooth! Before I knew it I had the sweater I actually needed in my hands! The day was saved! Thank you for all your generosity!
So I tried to surprise my girl with Taylor swift cardigans and I was way of on 1, the communication with shoptown was understanding and after a few back and forths my girl got everything she wanted and shoptown will have a repeat customer 10 out of 10. Thank you
